Campus
Descriptions Each of our campus is different from the other with some unique
features. You need to select the campus, which will help you to pursue your goal
in the right direction. The University of California has ten different campuses. 1)
UC Berkeley: UC Berkeley is regarded as one of the leading academic institutions
of the world. It has a diverse student's population and attracts some brightest
students. It has one of the best libraries in the country and our ranked fourth
in North America for their library holdings. The campus is divided into 14 colleges
and schools, which are further, subdivided into departments. It has a lushful
1232-acre oasis campus, which is surrounded by hills and Tilden Regional Park.
The campus has number of coffeehouses, bookstores and vendors all around it. 2)
UC Davis: UC Davis is best known for its academic rigor. It is regarded as
one of the nations top public research universities and is set in the hearts of
Central Valley, just 15 miles away from the state capital. It has students of
diverse culture from all over the world. It has one of the top research libraries
in North America, which offers different services for the undergraduates. Coffeehouses,
bookstores and restaurants in the downtown area surround the campus. It also conducts
number of concerts, plays, lectures and exhibition. 3)
UC Irvine: UC Irvine is situated in suburban Irvine, California. They form
the middle part of the top tiers of U.S Universities. They are fifth best public
universities in California and are ranked 12th in U.S. The campus has Aldrich
Park located in the center which is primarily the place of gathering for the college
community. The university has more than 300 students clubs and organization. It
also conducts number of multicultural festivals, films and lectures. 4)
UCLA: UCLA is situated within the city of Los Angeles. It has the second
oldest campus in California and has the largest university in the state. It has
a perfect campus life, which offers students to eat, work, shop, go to gym and
also a park to take a stroll. 5)
UC Merced: UC Merced is situated in the San Joaquin Valley in California.
It is said to be the tenth university of the entire California university system.
It comprises of three schools a) Engineering b) Natural sciences
c) Social sciences, Humanities and Arts. 6)
UC Riverside: UC Riverside is situated besides Box springs mountain in
California. It is a world-class campus, which provides many opportunities to students.
It gives opportunity for the outstanding students to participate in a University
honors program. It has a 1200-acre campus surrounded by shops, restaurants and
popular hangouts for students. 7)
UC San Diego: UC San Diego is situated in Lo Jolla, California. It has a world
class campus and has grown to become the most selective California campuses. It
offers number of high ranked programs and contributes extensively towards global
research. It has spectacular campus with a pleasant atmosphere. 8)
UC San Francisco: It is situated in San Francisco in California. It is
the only campus, which has been dedicated to graduate education in health and
biomedical sciences. It consist of : a) Medical Centers b) Langley Porter
Psychiatric Institute c) Research Labs 9)
UC Santa Barbara: UC Santa Barbara is located in the Santa Barbara, California.
It has a great learning environment and provides all the necessary resources to
its students. The campus of Santa Barbara is known for its breath taking beauty.
This campus is divided into three different parts which includes: a) Main
Campus b) Stroke Campus c) West Campus 10)
UC Santa Cruz: UC Santa Cruz is situated in Santa Cruz, California. It
is the smallest campus as compared to the other campuses of University of California.
However it is said to be one of the most beautiful campuses of the world.
